Upon receiving his Chemical Engineering Technology degree in 1986, Marvin began his career as a Process Lab Technician with Excel Metalcraft LTD – a Tier-One Automotive supplier in Aurora, Ontario.
Within two years, Marvin was promoted to Technical Process Supervisor of the electrostatic powder coating and e-coat system. He served in this capacity until 1996.
Since then, Marvin has worked in a number of custom job shops, achieving many successes in his using his 25+ years in the powder coating industry.
